1. Introduction
Storkeel AI Inc. ("Storkeel AI", "we", "us") builds an autonomous operations and financial intelligence layer that runs on top of your existing property management systems. Because our agents act directly on live facility, tenant, and ledger data, the trust you place in us is operational, not theoretical.
This policy explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, how long we hold it, and the controls you have. It applies to the Storkeel AI web application, mobile experience, APIs, and all autonomous agents operating on your behalf.
2. Information We Collect
- PMS API credentials & connection tokensEncrypted credentials, OAuth tokens, and account identifiers for 6Storage, SiteLink, StorEdge, and Tenant Inc. required to read unit, lease, and ledger state and to write back operational actions.
- Tenant communication metadataSMS and voice logs generated by our agents — timestamps, delivery status, unit and lease references, negotiated payment outcomes, and message transcripts used to resolve past-due balances.
- Operational voice notesAudio captured by managers and technicians during walkthroughs, plus the derived transcripts and structured maintenance tickets generated from them.
- Facility & financial recordsOccupancy, street rates, delinquency, expense and revenue data used to compute live NOI, DSCR, and cash-flow bridges.
- Billing informationCompany details, plan tier, and payment records. Card data is handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
- Product usage dataLog-in events, device and browser data, and feature interaction telemetry used to keep the platform secure and reliable.
3. How We Use Information

- Calculate live financial metricsProduce real-time NOI, occupancy, margin-leak alerts, DSCR covenant monitoring, and dynamic pricing recommendations.
- Support, security, and legal obligationsDiagnose issues you report, detect abuse or fraud, and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.
4. AI & Data Privacy Guarantee
Storkeel AI does NOT sell customer data or use your facility financial records to train public AI models.
Your data is processed solely to operate your facilities. Model inference runs under zero-retention terms with our providers, tenant and financial records are never contributed to public or shared training corpora, and we never broker, rent, or sell customer or tenant data to third parties.
5. Data Retention & Security
All customer data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. API credentials are stored in an isolated secrets vault with per-tenant key separation and are never exposed in logs or to support staff.
Access is least-privilege and audited. Operational records are retained only as long as your account is active or as required to meet legal and accounting obligations. Upon account termination we perform instantaneous data purging: live credentials are revoked immediately, operational data is deleted from primary systems, and encrypted backups age out on their standard rolling cycle.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Storkeel AI shares the minimum data required for each integration to function, under contractual confidentiality and security terms:

- Accounting & infrastructure providersQuickBooks ledger sync plus cloud hosting, monitoring, and error-reporting vendors operating as processors on our behalf.
7. Your Rights & Contact
Operators may request a full export of their facility, communication, and financial data in machine-readable format, correct inaccurate records, or request deletion of their account and associated data. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Tenant-directed requests should be routed through the operator of record; we act as a processor for tenant data and will support your response.
